Thank you to everyone who came out to Ladies of Style last night and to everyone who made the event a success! Last night's event and everyone's support will allow us to get needed archival materials and undergo conservation work on pieces in the collection to preserve these amazing objects for future generations.
In particular to my volunteers without whom we could not have had this wonderful event! Thank you Rachael Mullen who did seven different historic hairstyles and wearing a hoopskirt, Erin for her amazing marketing and wearing six layers, to Emma for undergoing a dressing, to Bethany for doing anything and everything the day of, and Emily, Barbie, Linda, Buket, Brenda, and Jessica for not only interpreting the clothes in costume but helping setup and doing it all in corsets! The LCFHS is extremely lucky to have each and every one of you. Thank you!
